Inspiring young minds and bodies through the joy of yoga! Im the 2ToneYogi, and we're dedicated to providing fun, engaging, and beneficial yoga experiences tailored specifically for children in Oklahoma. Join us as we embark on a journey of wellness, mindfulness, and playful movement.
Our Services
2ToneYogi provides a variety of yoga classes and programs designed to meet the unique needs of children of all levels of abilities. Our classes are typically held in your child's daycare. There, we offer a free 15 to 20-minute session to children aged 3 to 5 years old. Before the free fun day, we will provide marketing materials to get families informed and excited about our services. After the session, each child will receive a sticker and information about our program. From the introductory session, parents can sign their child up to receive 4 sessions a month. How We Do It
We encourage creativity, build confidence, and foster a love for a healthy life. Each week, the 45-minute session is held in a designated space that allows the children to move freely and safely while exploring various yoga poses. This is achieved typically through a fun-filled story time theme, such as "going on a bear hunt." Sometimes, races and obstacle courses are created if the children are having a hard time staying on their mat. We end each session using a sound bowl, chimes, calming music, and positive affirmations. After the children have finished their yoga session, they will be escorted back to their classroom and continue their day of learning and fun.
