About 2ToneYogi
Discover the story behind 2toneyogi, your dedicated partner in bringing the benefits of yoga to children. After working in childcare for over 15 years as an entrepreneur, director, teacher, mentor, and beyond, I have grown a passion for fostering a child's healthy wellbeing. For me, the wisdom gained after facilitating educational environments for so long highlighted the daily stresses a toddler or young adolescent goes through. Reflecting on my own life's whoas, I have learned that the practice of yoga, meditation, and other mindful practices is the tool that always helps me get back to my peaceful place. After 280 RYT hours of adult and children yoga certifications, along with keeping current CPR & AED, I am driven to introduce children to these healthy tools they too can use to manage their stress, become more present and mindful, and develop core strength and flexibility.

Our Inspiration
As the 2ToneYogi, my journey is fueled by a deep understanding of the transformative power of yoga. With my unique blend of West African culture and German heritage, that experience has given me a gift to gracefully unite people of all races and ages. Truly inspired by the potential for yoga to eliminate tension and stress, improve concentration, build strength, and foster emotional intelligence for all, I am honored to introduce and support this practice as the 2ToneYogi.

Our Holistic Approach
We integrate yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork and nutritional guidance into our sessions. Meditation helps in releasing thoughts, creating inner peace to manage daily stresses. Our breathwork exercises channel the body's natural responses to release anxiety and improve focus. We also harness the power of sound through sound baths, using specific frequencies to reduce stress and promote cellular healing. Each element promotes a healthy lifestyle by focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
