one 45-minute session each week (4 sessions per month) designed to nurture both body and mind.

Each session includes:

  • 🧘 30 minutes of yoga – gentle, movements to build strength and flexibility

  • 🌬️ 15 minutes of breathwork, music, and meditation – calming practices to reduce stress and encourage mindfulness
